Bean Patties

2 cups cooked (i.e. canned) white beans. Navy or white pinto beans are good.

1 Tablespoon chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon oregano

2 Tablespoons parsley

1 Teaspoon oil

Blend the beans, add other ingredients to form patties. Oil each side and grill.
These are really creamy and have a thicker mashed potato consistency. Great meat alternative.
